10,000 More Voices
Your chance to influence the future of healthcare
Patient experience is recognised as a key element in the delivery of quality healthcare. In line with this, the Public Health Agency is carrying out an extensive piece of work across all Health and Social Care Trusts, with the aim of introducing a more patient-focused approach to services and shaping future healthcare in Northern Ireland.
This project, called 10,000 More Voices, gives patients and clients, as well as their families and carers, the opportunity to share their overall experience and highlight anything important, such as what they particularly liked or disliked about the experience.
Make your voice heard and improve healthcare
Your feedback is extremely important to us. We are continually trying to improve the quality of our services, and we want you to experience the best care we can provide. If you have used our services as a patient or as a carer/relative of someone who has, please take this opportunity to tell us of your experience.
We want to hear from patients, relatives and carers about your experience of using our services within the last year.
The 10,000 More Voices survey can be completed via the internet here 10000morevoices.hscni.net
