26th June 2025
Wednesday 25 June 2025 marks a milestonefor NIAS as we hosted our very first Level Two Quality Improvement Event.
This event brings together the work of eight months of dedicated training, teaching our staff quality improvement tools. We’re delighted to showcase 11 improvement projects, all aiming to enhance the care we provide across the organisation. Service users were heavily embedded into the projects with some in attendance at the event.
We celebrated the graduation of 13 NIAS staff members, who’ve completed their QI training and who will hopefully bring forward their quality improvement methodologies to help shape and transform the future of NIAS. Congratulations to everyone on completing their projects!
