Publications are all free unless otherwise indicated on Introduction and Guide to Scheme.
Some information may only be available as a black-and-white photocopy, the reason for this being that the Trust has exhausted its original information set.
Our commitment to publish information excludes any information that can legitimately be withheld under the exemptions set out in the Freedom of Information Act 2000.
Where individual classes are subject to exemptions, the main reasons will be the protection of commercial interests and personal information under the Data Protection Act 1998. This applies to most classes within the publication scheme.
