Associate Ambulance Practitioner Cohort 16

Pictured are AAP (Associate Ambulance Practitioner) Cohort 16 who are currently attending the Clinical Education Department at NIAS HQ for the classroom-based element of their AAP programme. Also in the photograph are their Clinical Training Officer Faculty led by Terry O’Neil with Andrew McFarlane, Mark Anderson, Jacqueline Franklin and the Clinical Education Manager Sean Kelly. These students have all successfully completed their 4 week induction programme and a 4 week CERAD ambulance driving course. They will finish their core training on Fri 1st Nov 2024 and go operational into Divisions where they will be supported on their placement by qualified clinicians and their Clinical Support Officers and Divisional Training Officers. We wish them continued success in their studies and can assure them they’ll receive our full support throughout their training with our professional team of educators.
